1. Shipping Coverage
Dramio ships nursery products — seed packets, live plants, saplings, organic manure, and gardening supplies — across India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier and logistics partners.
2. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499 (Prepaid): Free shipping across India
- Orders below ₹499: Standard shipping charge (displayed at checkout)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional handling charge may apply
3. Order Processing Time
- Seed packets & accessories: Processed within 1–2 business days
- Live plants & saplings: Processed within 2–3 business days (requires careful preparation)
- Organic manure & heavy items: Processed within 2–3 business days
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Mumbai & Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
- Metro cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7–12 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary based on courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, regional logistics, and unforeseen circumstances.
5. Packaging Standards
Live Plants & Saplings
- Packed in ventilated corrugated boxes for airflow
- Root ball secured with soil-retention wrapping
- Pots cushioned to prevent breakage
- Moisture packs included for longer transit routes
- Priority shipping to minimize transit time
Seeds & Dry Products
- Sealed in moisture-resistant pouches
- Packed in padded envelopes or boxes
- Storage instructions included on packaging
Organic Manure & Heavy Items
- Double-layered leak-proof packaging
- Reinforced boxes for heavy weight
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, track your order in real-time using the Track Order page. Enter your order ID and registered email for live status updates.
7. Weather-Related Delays
During extreme weather conditions (heatwaves above 42°C, heavy monsoon rain, frost, or cyclone warnings), live plant shipments may be paused or rerouted to protect plant health during transit. We will notify you via email about any weather-related delays and provide updated delivery estimates.
8. Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the courier will attempt 1–2 re-deliveries.
- If still undeliverable, the package is returned to our warehouse.
- For seed orders: We'll arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply) or process a refund.
- For live plants: We'll assess plant viability upon return and offer re-shipment or refund accordingly.
9. Delivery Tips
- Ensure your phone number is correct — couriers call before delivery
- For live plants: unbox immediately and water lightly after delivery
- For seeds: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Inspect packages at delivery — report visible damage to the courier immediately
10. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you need to cancel before dispatch, visit Track & Support or email accounts@dramify.in. Prepaid refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
